Step 2. Obtaining sanitary epidemiological conclusion

- Project and regulating documentation on maximum permissible emissions and maximum permissible dumpings of hazardous substances and physical factors into the environment, utilization and burials of toxic, radioactive and other hazardous substances (surely, qualification requirements)

Step 4. Submission of documents on obtaining the license (personal presence is not required)

- The electronic copy of the agreement in foreign trade (contract), appendix and (or) addition to it (for the one-time license), and in case of lack of the agreement in foreign trade (contract) - the copy of other document confirming intentions of the Parties
- The document confirming payment in the budget of licensing fee for the occupation right with separate types of activity (for the persons for the first time submitting the application) (A form of data)
- The copy of the license for implementation of the licensed type of activity
- The copy of the document (data) on registration in tax authority or about state registration
