- The copy of the certificate of conformity issued by the legal entity or the agreement on work on confirmation of conformity of products
- Information on the name and designation of model of weapon (like cartridges) and the used cartridges, the key technical performances, the name of the country and manufacturing company of weapon, its color photo
- The copy of permission (license) for acquisition and import of weapon and cartridges to it issued to the legal person recipient by authorized state body of internal affairs of a foreign state where weapon and cartridges to it is exported

Step 4. Submission of documents on obtaining the license (personal presence is not required)

- The application in electronic form for export and (or) import of separate types of goods in a form, according to appendix 1 or 2 to this standard of public service;
- The electronic copy of the agreement in foreign trade (contract), appendix and (or) addition to it (for the one-time license), and in case of lack of the agreement in foreign trade (contract) – the electronic copy of other document confirming intentions of the parties;
- The electronic copy of the license for implementation of the licensed type of activity or data on availability of the license for implementation of the licensed type of activity (if it is provided by the legislation of a state member of the Eurasian Economic Union) if such type of activity is connected with circulation of goods concerning which licensing on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union is introduced;
- The electronic copy of the document confirming payment in the budget of licensing fee on the occupation right with separate types of activity, except as specified payments of licensing fee through PShEP
