Step 3. Submission of documents on obtaining the license (personal presence is not required)

- The electronic copy of the document confirming payment in the budget of licensing fee except for payment through PShEP (A form of data)
- The copy of the certificate of state registration as the legal entity (certified by seal and the signature of the applicant) (A form of data)
- Request in electronic form, the uslugopoluchatel certified by the EDS (it is formed electronically) (A form of data)
- The electronic copy of the agreement in foreign trade (contract), appendix and (or) addition to it (for the one-time license), and in case of lack of the agreement in foreign trade (contract) - the copy of other document confirming intentions of the Parties
- The copy of the document (data) on registration in tax authority or about state registration
- The application form for licensing which is filled in and issued according to the Instruction about execution of the application for licensing for export and (or) import of separate types of goods and about execution of such license approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of November 6, 2014 No. 199
- Certificate of execution of the license
